The Department of Food Science and Technology organizes the Postgraduate Program (MSc) "Technology and Quality of Table Olive and Olive Oil" which leads to the award of a Master's degree.
The MSc offers specialized scientific knowledge to young scientists and professionals in the field of technology production, quality and organoleptic control, marketing and marketing of olive oil and table olives as well as olive waste management, development of innovative products, etc.
The program lasts three (3) semesters corresponding to 90 ECTS according to international standards. The courses are conducted combining distance learning and traditional in-person delivery.
Fifty (50) postgraduate students have already participated in the program.
