The Department offers the Master's Program in "Technology and Quality of Table Olives and Olive Oil", which is unique in Greece. The program provides specialized scientific knowledge to young scientists and professionals in the fields of production technology, quality control, sensory evaluation, marketing, and the management of olive oil and table olives, as well as the waste management of olive mills.
The program lasts three (3) semesters corresponding to 90 ECTS according to international standards. The courses are conducted combining distance learning and traditional in-person delivery.
Fifty (50) postgraduate students have already participated in the program.
