Laboratory of Physical Chemistry, Instrumental Analysis and Food (Bio) Chemistry


The laboratory was founded in June 2022 (Official Government Gazette – O.G.G. 3564/Β΄/35745/8-7-2022). It operates under the Department of Food Science and Technology of the University of Peloponnese and is under its supervision.
